Designed by Mark Gabbertas, the Twist Armchair was conceived for outdoor seating areas. The generous seat and the angle of the backrest create a position ideal for moments of relaxation and socialising.
The extruded aluminium frame is wrapped in double-sided acrylic rope, applied to both sides of the profiles. This weave partially conceals the metal, provides support for the body and allows light and air to pass through.
The rope is solution-dyed, water-repellent and quick-drying. The slim-profile cushion contains open-cell foam, facilitating drainage and preventing excessive bulk on the frame.
Available in various combinations of aluminium, cord and fabric, the Twist Armchair can be used on terraces, in gardens and lounge areas, either on its own or in combination with the other pieces in the collection.

The differential of the Twist collection lies in its double-sided rope structure. The acrylic fabric is stretched over both sides of the aluminum profiles, creating a natural cushioning surface that eliminates excessively bulky upholstery, maintaining the elegant silhouette of the piece.

Technical Rope (Hybrid Tape): Innovative acrylic fabric with intermediate thickness (flat format), designed to offer the resistance of a strap and the flexibility of a rope.
Double-Sided Weave: The rope is applied to both sides of the structure, concealing the metal and creating a double layer of support that increases comfort and durability.
UV and Weather Resistance: Solution-dyed acrylic fiber, ensuring that the color remains vibrant even after prolonged sun exposure. The material is water-repellent and quick-drying.
Slender Upholstery: Low-profile seat cushion with open-cell foam, designed to complement the tension of the rope without hiding the woven work.
