These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website savoirbyphilippe.com, owned by Blique & Blique, Lda., with its registered office at Parque Industrial Vale da Venda, Lote 3D, 8005-412 Faro, Tax Identification Number 513234799, email geral@savoirbyphilippe.com and telephone +351 915 770 252, hereinafter referred to as “SAVOIR”.

By using this website and/or placing an order, the user undertakes to use this online service for purchasing products from savoirbyphilippe.com in compliance with the applicable legislation in force, as well as the ‘Terms and Conditions’ set out here.

 

1. General Information

SAVOIR provides an e-commerce platform for the sale of furniture and lifestyle products. SAVOIR may, at any time, amend these ‘Terms and Conditions’, in whole or in part, and the updated version will always be available on our website.

SAVOIR reserves the right to suspend, temporarily and without prior notice, access to the website or to certain areas or features available on it, in particular for maintenance purposes. SAVOIR accepts no liability for any losses arising from any situations where access to the website is impossible, delayed, suspended or interrupted due to technical faults or other reasons. SAVOIR does not guarantee that access to the website will be free from interruptions or disruptions resulting from technical problems.

 

2. Products and Prices

All prices shown include VAT at the current statutory rate and are expressed in euros (€). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but never after an order has been confirmed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; there may be slight variations from the final product. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is finalised.

 

3. Purchasing Process

1. The user selects the products and adds them to the basket;
2. Completes the purchase by providing the requested details;
3. Following confirmation of payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

SAVOIR reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of an obvious and clear pricing error or if stock is out of stock, with a full refund of the amount paid.

 

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit/credit card
• Klarna
• Multibanco
• PayPal
• MBWay
• Other methods displayed at checkout

Transactions are processed via secure platforms. SAVOIR does not store payment details.

 

5. Deliveries

Deliveries are made by a courier.

• Estimated delivery times: between 2 and 15 working days after dispatch, plus the product production time, which may vary between brands and products (depending on the type of product, availability and destination).
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout. The customer will receive order tracking details via email.

Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.

Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, except where provided for by law.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the customer may request a second delivery or, alternatively, collect the order from SAVOIR’s head office in Faro. In the event of a second delivery attempt, the customer will be notified to pay the new delivery charge.

Only one reshipment is permitted; after this limit, the order value will be refunded.

The order is deemed to have been delivered upon confirmation by the courier.

Upon delivery of the order, the buyer must inspect it on the spot and at that very moment; they must immediately refuse to accept it from the carrier if they notice any signs of tampering with the packaging or contents, or any problem with the item(s), and must immediately report the full details of the incident by email, attaching a photograph showing the condition, to support@savoirbyphilippe.com.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, except in the case of products:

• Made to measure or personalised;
• Sealed and which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened.

To exercise this right, the customer must:

• Send an email to support@savoirbyphilippe.com or use the online form;
• Return the product(s) to the address provided;
• Bear the direct costs of the return (except in the case of a fault or error on SAVOIR's part).

Returned products must be complete and in good condition.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and verification of the product’s condition, and must be made via the same payment method used.

7. Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 3-year statutory warranty. In the event of a defect, the consumer must report the fault, preferably within 2 months of its discovery.

 

8. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

SAVOIR is committed to protecting its customers’ privacy. The personal data collected will be used exclusively for order processing and communication with the customer, and will be handled securely and confidentially.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the property of SAVOIR or its partners.

Reproduction, copying or use without written authorisation is prohibited.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Within the applicable legal limits and without prejudice to consumers rights, SAVOIR accepts no liability for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;
• Incorrect use of products;
• Temporary service interruptions.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

The competent court is the district court of Faro, unless otherwise provided for by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights.
