Fleur de Sel
€18,00
Artisanal fleur de sel, harvested by hand from the surface of the Rio Maior Salt Flats - the only inland salt flat still in operation in Portugal. Formed only on hot, calm days, this ‘cream’ of salt features fine, white, sparkling crystals with a delicate texture and pure flavour.
