Pecorino, Onion and Garlic Cream with Chilli

The Onion Cream with Pecorino, Garlic and Chilli combines the natural sweetness of onions with the salty, distinctive flavour of Pecorino Romano PDO. The garlic enhances the recipe’s aromatic profile, whilst the chilli adds a slightly spicy touch without overpowering the other ingredients.
