Acacia Honey with Walnuts

Acacia Honey with Walnuts combines the light, floral sweetness of acacia honey with the more intense flavour and crunchy texture of walnuts. The result is a well-balanced combination, designed to accompany both desserts and cheeses.

It can be served over ice cream, yoghurt, cakes or pancakes, adding sweetness and texture to simple dishes. It also works well as an accompaniment to cheese platters, particularly with goat’s cheese, mature cheeses or those with a more intense flavour.

The slower crystallisation of acacia honey helps to preserve a runny consistency for longer, making it easy to serve straight from the jar. The walnuts remain suspended in the honey, ensuring that every portion offers a consistent blend of flavour and texture.

Produced in Spain, it contains 70% acacia honey and 30% walnuts. It can be enjoyed at breakfast, as part of a dessert or as an addition to a selection of appetisers.
